Can I change OS language / language settings?

Am vacationing in Spain, and I am considering picking up an iPad from the local Apple Store. The question is, will this be hard-fixed to run in Spanish, or will I be able to switch it to English language settings when I initialize it, or when I sync it with my iTunes. I currently own an iPhone 4, if that makes any difference whatsoever...?

Anyone? 🙂

You can change languages easily, without needing to use iTunes:

Settings > General > International > Language & Keyboards

Ask the Apple store staff about your warranty (whether it can be exercised in your own country).

The above instructions work on any iOS device (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad ...)

Will try asking them, but since I don't speak any Spanish myself, and finding English speaking staff is equally challenging, I figured I'd ask in this forum instead 😉
