Just bought a new ipad and set up my Apple ID. It asked me one sucuritybquestion during set up. I started using my Ipad and wanted to download some apps. When i click on INSTALL, a windows pops up asking me to 'improve security and set up my 3 security questions'. When i try to set them up, it gets stuck on the 3rd question. I have tried so many times, the same problem
Any advise please?

There have been quite a few discussions about this problem today. One OP stated that he called Apple and they confirmed that it was a problem with their servers.
