Hi,

I converted my Caon Raw images to jpeg (1024x768) for synchronising with the iPad. On my Windows PC it's a volume of 720MB. After synchronising I've a volume of 5,9GB at the iPad. How can I reduce that volume?

Hi and welcome....

FYI... according to the iPad User Guide, when syncing photos to iPad, iTunes *automatically creates a*
*size optimized for iPad*, if necessary. See “Syncing with iTunes” on page 28.

Here's a link to the manual: http://manuals.info.apple.com/enUS/iPad_UserGuide.pdf

If by volume, if you mean available storage space, to reduce that you would have to delete apps or photos or video to make more room.

Carolyn 🙂
