how to remove mail servers from ipad mail settings

Am having a hard time making mail work. Am trying to connect to a HostGator Linux server. In the process have created a number of smtp servers on the Ipad. Now I want to delete them. How do I do that? Anyone?

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 5.1.1

Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.


Select the account.


Select Account to view the account settings.


Select SMTP under Outgoing Mail Server.


Select the SMTP server you want to delete to view the SMTP server settings. Select Delete Server at the bottom.
