I wanted to download a free app, but when I clicked install it started to load but then it went back to free. Also I can't sign into my Apple ID it says Can't connect to the iTunes Store, but the store works perfectly! Please help!

I Get that message every once in a while and usually it just goes away on its own. Sometimes I get the message while I am IN the App Store. That makes no sense at all.
