Keynote: what's up

I just ordered an iPad 3g. Anxious to use Keynote for my client sales, but when I tried to import a .key ver 9 doc to try it out on friend's iPad it got all messed up and useless. Anyone having similar problems. I can't completely reconstruct my keynote presentations just for the iPad. But now I may be stuck with a toy that's not ready for business.

Thanks or the link. Helpful. But Apple should better integrate the two Keynote versions, or bring out ver 10 for the Mac that will make a better transfer.
