I've downloaded several seasons but when I select an episode to watch in my "purchased" tab it only gives me the option to preview the episode? I've confirmed that the full episodes have been downloaded. Now what?

What app are you in? You should be able to play those from the Videos app, assuming they have been downloaded.

To listen to music or audio(podcasts, audiobooks) go to the music app.
For movies, tv shows or music videos you use the videos app.
How do i view purchased TV shows in Itunes on my IPad?
