iPad disabled and won't connect to itunes... HELP

I quickly changed my password for my iPad and then forgot it shortly after. It is disabled and I know that I have to connect it to itunes to sort it out but on my laptop, and on two others, it doesn't connect to itunes and says 'not charging' on the iPad. It will charge when I connect it to my sisters macbook however the macbook says that it cannot connect because there is a passcode and to enter it on the iPad... but it is disabled.

What do I do???
