Finding Purchased Items

After many syncing sessions I realized my setting allowed iTunes to copy every time thus maxing out my hard drive. I subsequently changed that setting and went to my Music folder on my hard drive under My Documents and deleted everything in the file as I knew I had back up for everything I had added---- except for a movie and audio book I had purchased. Is there any way of getting those back, re downloading etc. without having to purchase again?

Actually I have redundant backup for everything. I have many items not purchased through iTunes. I also realize any APPS I purchased can be re-downloaded. In this case however. .. the one movie and the one audio book I purchased in iTunes are actually still on my iPad BUT gone from the backup directory iTunes makes on my hard drive. I guess the question would be is there any way to get the movie and audio book back in to my library. They actually show in my library but have the little icon to the left indicating they aren't there if that makes sense. I as long as I don't deselect the items in my library they won't disappear from iPad. (note-they are still on my iPad.)

I did that and nothing doing. I think I screwed myself when I deleted everything in directory on hard drive. My guess is that directory on hard drive held everything. I was ok deleting everything other than the movie and audio book as I had back up for everything.

Any other ideas? Logic would be if it is still on iPad it would transfer back to my library.
