Exchange Not Downloading All Messages

Hi,

I use Microsoft Exchange for my Google Apps account and while all the contacts, emails, and calendar settings work great, the one problem that I have is that emails older then about a week won't get downloaded into the Mail App. It will say it is downloading messages or I will click to refresh it but nothing new will show up.

Anyone else have this problem or find out how to fix it?
