Have you checked your spam folder on your main PC if you hav one?

Also, if this was a recent attempt just give it a while longer. I note from yesterday's posts that there has been a delay in some instances.

Not at my computer right now but does iTunes give you the opportunity of resetting your password? If so, try that to force the issue.
