Here are the specs for videos on the iPad.

H.264 video up to 720p, 30 frames per second, Main Profile level 3.1 with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps per channel, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats; MPEG-4 video, up to 2.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Simple Profile with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats; Motion JPEG (M-JPEG) up to 35 Mbps, 1280 by 720 pixels, 30 frames per second, audio in ulaw, PCM stereo audio in .avi file format.

Without getting to technical, import the videos into iTunes on you computer. Sync the iPad to iTunes on the computer. The videos will import into the video app on the iPad.

If the videos that you have don't meet the above specs you can use QuickTime Pro to convert the videos.

C'mon Apple!!! Get with the program!!!

Get with the program? Might be easier for you to figure just where and how to talk to Apple which, of course, would not be here.

Assume, even bet the farm, that Flash is simply not going to show up on iOS devices any time soon. If that just totally frosts your buns then you're going to have to consider a transfer to Androidistan in search of fulfillment.

You might want to check it out first, though; google "flash performance android" and get a feel for how others are finding the experience. One thing which jumped out at me was the number of folks who came out with something along the lines of "Hmmmm, maybe Jobs was right about this all along ..."
