MSN and iPad trouble

Ok I've never used iPhone so this may seem basic question. I downloaded MSN on iPad. Now do I use my normal pc id or do I need to set up new one? When i use my old one it says cannot connect to pc server????

I have never used MSN, however I have not seen any iPad or iPhone all that required you to have a separate sign on for your ipad/iPhone versus your pc. If you a sign on, just use it and it should recognize you fine.

I have no trouble with either MSN Live or My Yahoo on the IPAD.
