eBook Gone Missing (from iBooks store and iPad)!

Please help!

I accidentally deleted a book from my iPad (in iBooks). Now I cannot find it on the iBooks store or on my iPad! Frustrating!

The book was "Investing in Real Estate" by Gary W. Eldred.

Any suggestions???
