Lost Contact info
I have lost all my contact info, while adding a new contact when not in a wi-fi location. Does any one know how to retrieve it?

The first thing I'd do is reboot and see if they come back: Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time for about 10 seconds (ignore the red slider to shut down) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart.
If that is not successful, your next option would be to restore your iPad from your most recent backup.
