View 3 RepliesThis has happened to me a couple of times and I'm looking for simpler solutions to a re-boot.I open an attachment in mail (both times a PDF) and then close the iPad or go to another app. When I come back to mail it the document is what is displayed and none of the controls for the doc work including being able to hit the done button and go back to mail. The two times this has happened I've re-booted the iPad and it comes back just fine. Is this an apps bug? Is there a simpler solution than the re-boot.

I opened a odd attachment from iPad Mai. Now when I try to open mail all I can do is read the PDF that is full screen. PDF is not frozen. I can scroll throughout the pages I just can see or access any other mail function. I am visiting China for a month and now can't access Mail. Can't get to MobileMe account visa safari on iPad because I am automatically routed to a iPad set up page. Evidently Apple does not want you to access your MobileMe account fro iPad. I don't understand that.
