View 5 RepliesI am getting to know Ipad. I downloaded two movies in my PC but when I sync to Ipad, movies were not accessible so I did reset the Ipad, downloaded the movies again and I had to pay for them again!Anyone I could ask for the return of my money? Why did the movies appeared in iTunes but were not accessible?
View 2 RepliesI downloaded a rented movie. When my iPad is plugged into my computer, I can see the movie on the iPad under "Rented Movies".How do I play the movie when I'm disconnected from the computer? There's no category under iPod or Videos.
View 3 RepliesFor some reason, movies I rent on my iPad will not delete off of my iPad after I watch them. Is there some backdoor way to remove the rentals?
View 4 RepliesLast week I rented 2 movies, then noticed that in the Videos app (under the Rentals tab), each movie appeared in the list twice. That is, it looked like there were two copies of each movie available for viewing. In other words, since movies are displayed as icons of their artwork, instead of seeing just 2 posters, I saw 4. The first two were of one movie, and the last two were of the 2nd movie.Today I rented a 3rd movie -- with the same results: The movie artwork appears twice, under the Rentals tab -- as if there are two copies of the movie. This is seemingly a benign issue, yet is still quite puzzling. Is anyone else seeing this?

View 2 RepliesI deleted a rented movie on my iPad before I watched it. I did not sync with iTunes so it is not on my computer. iTunes recognizes I have rented the movie before but I assume will charge me again if I rent it. Is there a way to get the movie back without paying for another rental?

So I'm having trouble buying HD movies on my iPad. For example I tried buying 8 Mile before but it only allows me to rent in HD but I can buy in standard def. Is it that only some movies are able to buy in HD or is there something I'm not seeing?

If I rent a movie from iTunes, can I watch it on an airplane without an Internet connection, or do I have to buy a movie to watch it without Internet?
View 9 RepliesI would like to update my iPad to the new 3.2.2 version software. However, it appears I will lose the movie I rented for my flight tomorrow. I've synced several times and subsequently tried to update, and I keep getting a warning that I should transfer my movies to my iTunes library. I'm aware(though I don't nderstand the logic behind the fact) that rented movies won't transfer to my big daddy Mac, but is there any way to backup what I've rented? or am I just left to choose between my rental and the software update?

View 9 RepliesThey have been on my iPad longer than 30 days, and I can no longer access them, but they are eating up memory and I can't download anything new. Can't find the files on my computer to erase the files there. I am at a loss. How can i get rid of the movies on my iPad?
View 1 RepliesI rented 3 movies from itunes on my MBP and transfered them to the IPAD, however, all 3 of them say " This movie cannot be played".....I know on page 59 of the Ipad manual, it says specifically if you transfer rented movies from your computer to your Ipad you CAN watch them, but not the other way around....SO, has anyone else come across this problem and how did you resolve the issue..

I have rented some SD movies to my iPad 3 via iTunes. As I want to play those movies on Apple TV, I have connected my iPad with Apple TV through VGA Adapter. But when I try to play those movies, it shows a message saying “the connected display is not authorized to play purchased movies”. How can I get rid of this issue?

View 1 RepliesI rented a movie yesterday on my iPad that I haven't watched yet.I have a Genius Bar appointment in a couple hours to exchange my iPad (mine has a yellow gradient coming from the top on the screen).
When I restore the new iPad from my iCloud, will my rented movie still be there?I know you can't watch an iPad rented movie on another device, but what about a backup of that device on a different iPad?
