Songs Do Not Play Correctly - Plays Faster
May 16, 2010i used itunes to manually manage my music to my ipad. however, when i play it on my ipad, the songs do not play correctly. it warps it and makes it go 10x faster. what to do?

Plays ALL Music Or Songs Etc In Chipmunk Speed
Oct 12, 2010OK, this one has got me.
Got a new iPad last night. Loaded it with everything I had on my iPhone (apps and music) and upgraded a lot of apps to iPad versions.
Two oddball things happened. I downloaded a Yahtzee game iPad version (had the iPhone version on the phone) and the first oddball thing was whenever I used that games options to mute out the ANNOYING music, the split second I checkmarked music to off in that game, my iPod app started playing the song I last played this afternoon.
I shut down the song, went back into the game and put it's music back on, quit out of the game and then tried it all again and the same thing happened. So I re-did it all again but only turned the game's music level down to zero volume while leaving the music option checkmarked. Band-aid fix to an annoying problem.
About a half hour later I tried Angry Birds HD for the first time and I noticed the game's sound and music seemed fast. Played it a while anyway and quit.
Then checked out some YouTube videos and they were ALL playing fast...James Taylor was a chipmunk!?!?!? So was Sheryl Crow.
I quit that and tried my iPod and Bill Haley & The Comets were chipminks. So were The Beatles. All the music was like 3x speed.
So I shut down the iPad totally (held down Home and the on/off button until the "slide to turn off" came on. Waited a few minutes, turned it back on and the music is STILL fast!
Any ideas? (I know I can restore, but there are like 5 paid apps I downloaded and have not yet synced to my computer)
IPad 2 :: Music Player Plays Wrong Songs?
Mar 17, 2012I bought my Ipad 2 a little over a week ago when the price went down on them. Loving it so far. One problem I notice is that after syncing most of my songs from my PC, when I go to play one on the list, it plays a totally different one at the top of the player. Now I've tried making a small playlist and that at least played correctly. Just when I push a song on the player, say song A by the Beatles, it plays song B by the Police. I went to the apple store for something else regarding how hot the Charger adapter was the first time I charged it, but when I asked the Apple employee about the music player, he replied that it was a known issue.

Sep 27, 2010I can't believe my iPad won't allow for this. Am I doing something wrong ? I want to play a slideshow with multiple songs playing. So, I select a picture album, click on slideshow, in slideshow options I select music "on", and I try to select a whole playlist or artist.....but it will only allow me to select one song. So what happens is my slideshow begins, and the same song plays over and over and over - this cannot be Apple's logic, surely...or have I done something wrong ?

Unable To Play Songs Sometimes Skip?
Nov 5, 2010I notice that on both my iphone 4 running 4.1 and my ipad running 4.2 GM that sometimes when im playing music from the ipod app, if i click to the next song it will sometimes skip exactly like 50 seconds into the song. I've seen it multiple times on all different songs.

IPad 2 :: Garageband Songs Lost - Green Symbols With An Arrow Are Displayed On The Songs
Jun 2, 2012I was syncing my iPad 2 to iTunes while uploading some of my songs in garageband to iCloud. After iTunes syncing, my iPad crashed and went into a boot loop. A hard reset did the trick, but now the songs I was trying to upload are transparent. Green symbols with an arrow are displayed on the songs. (see attached pic) I cannot open the songs, cannot remove them from iCloud. Anyone knows how I can get them back?

Remote then organizes the songs under that artist by album. I can't see songs by that artist that have no album assigned. Jun 25, 2010I've run out of storage capacity for my 16GB iPad. I haven't downloaded any videos, games or photos, but I've synched all 3,007 songs from my iTunes account. I could probably free up some storage by deleting a couple thousand (or more) songs, but the owner's manual doesn't explain how to delete songs which were synched directly from the iTunes account, only songs which were included in a new playlist created in the iPad. Any help with how to delete a good portion of the 3,007 songs synched from iTunes

Oct 6, 2010I don't have an iPad, yet, it's in the thinking stages. I've seen advertised that the ABC player plays on the iPad. Is that true? Can you watch ABC shows on the iPad because you can't on the iPod Touch because of Flash. So I was wondering if you can on the iPad.
