View 1 RepliesThe top of my ipad screen shows the time of day. Can that be changed to show something like: "Monday, June 1, 2012 12:15"?
The date and time part of settings does show that format but I can not get it to work.
Info:iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 5.1.1
Is there a way to show the date in addition to showing the time on an Ipad?

I have been trying to find an app which shows the weather, date, day & time on the Home Screen. The ones I have downloaded sow all these features but I cannot get them onto the Home Screen.
View 1 RepliesIs it possible to show date at the top of the screen next to where the time is shown. It's a feature I really miss from windows!I don't want to jailbreak my iPad).
View 5 RepliesThe only time I can see the date is at the Locked window before I slide the slide across. I would like to see it while I work.

I'm wondering if it's at all possible to add the current date (i.e. Fri May 25...) to the top of the iPad's status bar?
I'm a forgetful bugger and never remember the date let alone the day, so when I'm in Mail and Safari this would be a great benefit for me.
I would like to do this without any hack that might void my Apple Care.
I had few videos which were taken on iPad. I could not display date when the video was recorded. For picture in "photos", just show as event then I know when the picture was taken. Do you know the way to display video information ?

View 5 RepliesHi, I would love to see the date displayed along with the time that's on the top of my iPad . Anyone know how to do this?I can't find anyplace in the setting. Seems like a dumb oversight. Information : duel 2.5 GHz PPC g5 Mac OS X (10.5.1).
View 11 RepliesWhen I was JB'd on iOS 5, I had a tweak that put the date next to the clock. The amount of available ram was also shown, but I'm not sure this was done with the same tweak, and I'm not particularly interested in this. Now that I'm JB'd on iOS 7, I'd like to have the date shown again, but I don't recall the tweak.
I've tried the tweak DateCarrier, but it doesn't always show the correct date.
Anyone figure out how to display the date with the time on the iPad like you can on the iPhone? Or maybe it just is not there. Yes my life is so crazy I need to know the day and date
View 4 RepliesI've had my iPad for about three months with no problems. However this morning it was still showing yesterday's date.It seems that the am/pm indicator had switched as the numerical time was correct but the iPad thought it was yesterday evening rather than this morning!

Why won't the date and time set automatically? Can I set it manually? Why does it matter?
Info:
Apple TV (3rd generation), iOS 5.1
My iPad won't keep the proper time/day. It gets stuck on the time it goes to sleep if I don't use it for awhile. Right now it's 11:18 pm and my iPad thinks it's 9:27 pm; the last time it went to sleep. What's the fix?
View 1 RepliesHow can I set the date and time manually in my iPad3? Please provide the steps for doing it.
View 1 RepliesThe date and time are 12 hours off on all my Idevices (Ipads and I pod touches), Yet the time is correct on my Iphone and all my computers and my router. The date/time are set to generate automatically. When I turn this feature 'off' the time immediate changes 12 hours back to the correct time. However, synchronized events on my calendars (say, with gmail calendar) remain 12 hours off. I had thought this may have something to do with my wi-fi and/or router, but the 'automatic' date/time change regardless of whether wi-fi is even on or off on the devices. Also, I can't figure out why the Iphone would have the right time when the other devices all have the time off by 12 hours.

View 3 RepliesHas anyone discovered a way to add the Date to the Time on the iPad 2 Menu Bar?
View 4 RepliesEvery now and then the time jumps ahead 21 hours, I guess it's a time zone issue but I have checked my setting and it shows as being set for Perth time but I still have to set it to the correct date and time at least once or twice a week .
