So why doesn't facebook show the newsfeed first... like on a pc or mac... it just goes to my home page....? then to see status' i have to look at individual people... there must be a simple answer to this?

View 3 RepliesMy iPad received an upgrade to the OS from Apple today. Now Safari won't download facebook using such directly from Internet. Facebook "app" works ok but since the app doesn't have "share" features, I use "direct" Facebook via Safari. Worked fine until today, after the download. JavaScript is turned on. Pop ups blocker turned off. Error messages on the debugger says JavaScript errors.

View 5 RepliesMy IPad 2 just yesterday started showing this black bar in the middle of the screen which becomes visible only on facebook's website, and only when I am scrolling up or down. Once I stop, it disappears. No other website has produced this bar. Anyone ever had this happen or know what it could be? I am thinking of going to Radio shack, where my iPad was purchased or set up a meeting at the Apple store to hopefully get this fixed.

I am using 4 gen Ipad with retnia and when i updated from 6.12 to 7.1.1 i notice the usage and standby where not showin only a slsh , so i fully charged ipad to 100 percent and still not showing.
It does say Usage times will be shown after IPad is fully charged, well it is and still no numbers is this normal? or does the battery percentage have to drop below 100 percent?
I setup Gmail as my default email and everything works fine except it doesn't show my contacts when I compose an email. To get around this I also added my yahoo account and in the mail settings under my yahoo account I unchecked all the boxes except my contacts. Now when I compose a Gmail email it will show my contacts. My question is why doesn't my contacts show up with just having my Gmail account setup? Do I have to leave it this way for it to work correctly?

Sony replaced my broken laptop with a new Vaio Fit 15E and after setting it all up i went to plug my Ipad in and it doesn't install the drivers or show up in itunes, it just makes the bong sound that your computer makes when you unplug a USB device. But over and over.
Windows 8.1 . I made sure i ran all sony updates, all windows updates, and all driver updates but nothing..Ipad still connects on my very old toshiba..Can i download the drivers from the net?
I just switched from OS X to a Windows 8 computer.
I just installed iTunes and synced my iPad Mini with the Windows 8 computer using the USB cord. When I disconnected the cord my iPad no longer shows up in iTunes. I know there must be a way to sync it with iTunes while connected to the same WIFI network, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. I don't see the iPad in my Windows Explorer either anymore.
My timeline doesn't show on the iPad facebook.
