When I connected the Ipad to my dell laptop it told me I had to add itunes to my laptop, in doing so it deleted all my apps, books, movie and rental from my Ipad. Where did it go? Is there a web account I can restore from? Information : ipad Windows XP.
I recently suffered a catastrophic loss of the graphics card on my Dell XPS laptop and I am thinking about purchasing a new MacBook Pro 13.3" 2.66ghz. I would use Boot Camp to dual boot my copy of Windows 7 ultimate and OSx.
My question is are there any advantages using a Mac with the iPad over a PC? I have never owned a Mac and just recently found out you can run Windows using Boot Camp. Any info or suggestions from the knowledgeable folks on the iPad Forums would be awesome.
I wanted to copy my pics from ipad to my laptop as the original pics from my laptop was lost misteriously, I didn't delete it,what I did only changing/replacing my Itunes folder from Drive C, to drive D for my computer data.
Another quick question, how can we make folder on Ipad photo?as I have few pics downloaded direct from safari browsing and the pics that I saved, automatically saved in my "camera roll" folder?
Have just purchased our iPad and am a bit overwhelmed.Followed the instructions for syncing but cannot discover how to transfer pics and books stored on our Windows Lap-Top.Would appreciate advice on how to.
I just bought a refurbished iPad 4. What is the best way to get my pics from my windows laptop to the iPad? I have some pics on google drive, but it appears I can only download one pic at a time instead of a whole folder. Would it be easier to get a iCloud account, upload to that or download iTunes to the PC and sync that way. I always had problems syncing with my 1st gen iPad. Maybe it is easier now?
I have a new Dell latitude 6410 laptop and when trying to sync IPAD to new computer as soon as sync starts running it crashes my laptop to the fatal blue screen. How uninstalled and reinstalled Itunes, selected to attempt only small file and app sync and still crashes after a few seconds. Apple blames OS, Dell blames Itune-Ipad.
I have an iMac and all the data on it was lost in a hard drive crash. It has now been repaired and the latest version of Lion is installed as the os. I am trying to figure out how to get all my photos from my iPad 2 onto the new machine. I have a lot, around 10k.What is the best way to do this? apple makes this task challenging. Is there a program or app that I can put on the iMac that will view the iPad as an external drive and allow my to import into iPhoto?
I would like to take the pictures that I have in files (Christmas 2011, Baby's 1st bd, January 2012 vacation, etc.) and transfer them (keeping all original pics in their original files) from my pc to my iPad 2. I found this to be impossible when I purchased the iPad earlier this year. I ended up with all of the files and pictures, but the pictures were haphazardly strewn about within the folders, i.e. baby pics in Christmas folder with some of the Christmas pics, vacation pics in with some of the baby pics folder, etc. Is there an app, process or trick that would allow me to successfully conquer such a simple task? I used iTunes when I uploaded the pics from my pc to my iPad.
