How To Bring Desktop Files From My Computer?
I want to bring desktop files from my computer to my ipad. I am reading directions and I am not being prompted when I hit desktop files to enter email address for link to be sent. What am I missing

Is anyone else out there looking forward to Remote Desktoping on the Apple iPad?I am, thats for sure.I currently use Jaadu VNC on my iPod Touch and it works VERY well. VERY little lag, and the rendering is amazing. The functionality and features are mind blowing. It's very easy to use.I can just imagine Jaadu VNC iPad style, and that blows my mind. I think it'll open the door for new features into the Jaadu App that will allow a more direct access to a User's Desktop Computer.

Desktop Computer - Getting An Macbook
I'm going to college starting this fall. I have a desktop computer that I've had for a couple years and still runs great. (runs windows vista). I figured I could keep that in my dorm, and instead of getting an macbook get an ipad and have that for when i go to class and such.? I do want a macbook too, but an ipad is cheaper, and sleeker.

Using Ipad 2 Without A Desktop Computer
My parent's PC has gone kaput, and instead of getting them a replacement desktop, I was thinking of an ipad 2. I haven't been following the news closely, but I hear that with icloud we don't need a computer to activate and sync the ipad 2 anymore.Is that already true now or is it still in development? My parents don't have a computer at present, so the ipad 2 would be their sole computing device. Obviously I can't buy the ipad 2 for them if it still requires a desktop computer.

An App Of Desktop Connection - Computer Screen Turns On
I can use it perfect if I am at home and the computer is not put to sleep. (27" iMac) 1.) How do I use this app away from home? 2.) When I try to use it even at home if the computer is put to sleep it will not work. For some reason it wont wake up the computer. I know it can be done because my friend has the same computer and when his is sleeping he turns on the app and the computer screen turns on.

Sync Pcs - Able To Download Videos/ Files From My Desktop
I use my desktop pc at home and laptop when travelling. I want to be able to download videos/ files from my desktop at home and then, when im on the road, I want to add more videos from my laptop to my ipad. After syncing to my desktop.....When i connect my ipad to laptop...it says erase n sync to new pc ?* I do not want to erase anything, just add files. Is this possible ? iPad 3, iOS 5.1

Synching Files With IWorks - Desktop File Sync Like Dropbox
I know we really know no specifics as to how files will be synched with iWorks on the iPad, but I'm just wondering how do you THINK it might work. Will it mainly be having the iPad connect as a remote server to your Mac or PC and you copy files over? Or (hopefully) there will be ways that this could be done via a cloud. I would imagine that MobileMe might would be allowed to do this but what about other services such as Dropbox or Google Docs? I wonder if Google Docs at anytime in the future will allow for desktop file sync like Dropbox does? I have a MobileMe account which is about to expire, but I've decided not to renew it because it is just not worth $99 (or a little cheaper at Amazon). But if it is the only way to do a cloud sync for iWorks on the iPad, I might would open it up again. Thoughts?

Possible To Sync Files On Different Computer
Here's my dilemma. I sync my iPad with my MacBook at home. I don't usually carry that with me all the time. If I'm at work, I might want to put a PDF file, or a Word file on my iPad. Is it possible to just do an app data sync, without doing a full iTunes sync?

No Photo Albums/files On The Computer?
So I have an iPhone that works great, I sync photos with my pc and have created individual files that show up nicely on the iPhone. I bought an iPad last week and when I synced it all the photos appeared but in no particular order and with no albums! I tried making a new folder with new sub folders but still no albums. No Way To Bring Keyboard Up In Notes
I use this program sometimes to keep a log of my dreams as soon as I wake up, and it's very frustrating trying to go back and change a typo.If you hold too long and use the magnifying glass it goes straight to select or select all, no keyboard pops up. I can try and click away when the select/select all option but that doesn't work either. Deleted The Unwanted Movies From ITunes - Deleting Files From The Computer?
I have been checking out various DVD converters, and the only way to see if/how they would play on iPad was to load them into iTunes and sync. Well, that left me with a bunch of trash until I found the one I wanted.I deleted the unwanted movies from iTunes; I've deleted the files from my computer. However, they appear to be alive and well on iPad from the previous syncs. If I can avoid a restore, I'd like to; I have a lot of other things going on (like my books) and "special" things in Settings (that make things work better) that would be real annoying to restore.

How To Bring Display Back To Life
I switched off my jailbroken iPad 1 at 4.2.1 the other day and since then the screen stays black. I can still ssh to it, can use it with iTunes, can build and run new Apps with XCode. So it looks like it is alive but the screen does not turn on. I tried to restart it (by holding both the Power and Home button for 10 seconds). It restarts nicely but the screen is - again - just black. When I press the Power button and try to move the (of course not visible) slider nothing happens either. So for me it looks like the whole Display and Touchscreen is dead.Currently I try to drain the iPad battery so that the whole system gets shut off due to lack of power but I fear that this does not bring the Display back to life either. Does anyone have an idea how to bring the Display back to life? I can not re-install the iOS because I have no SHSH's for 4.2.1 and I need this version because it is the last version which allows me to use XCode debugging via WiFi. And I can obviously not send it to Apple for repair because they will definitively not leave my jailbroken 4.2.1 on the device but would probably replace it with the latest iOS version which I cannot use for WiFi debugging

I have windows 7 home edition and I'm trying to set up a remote desktop on my Ipad. I bought Desktop connect, but it seems I can only connect while on the same network. Error Message 9813/will Not Bring Up The Sync Options
Have a new IPAD and have downloaded the current version of ITUNES. IPAD icon appears in the left hand pane but keep getting an error message 9813.
