I want to add Categories on my iPad and when I go to install the package it says that the package "com.bigboss.categories" cannot be found in my current sources. When I try to add the new source (at least what I believe is the source) it says it cannot be found.
View 2 RepliesI plan to get one eventually and I would like to see a version released soon that allows for multiple users. The OS shouldn't have a problem with it. I gave my kids (5,3)my 1st gen iPhone and they love it. I can restrict the apps on it and it works out great. Didn't care too much since it was an expensive paper weight after I got the 3GS. But when I get the iPad it's going to be for me and the kids. I really don't want to have to go into settings every time my kids touch the thing. Let them mess up their apps not mine. I can't think of any software issue for the lack of it. The only reason I can come up with is multiple copies of an app that was purchased once, but we can do that already so I don't know.

View 1 RepliesI have been running iCloud for sometime on my iPad1 with IOS 5. When I use Safari to go to the iCloud site I am always directed to the welcome screen saying to install iCloud on this device. When I try to install it, it just gives me instructions. When the instructions say to open Settings, click on iCloud, and login with AppleID, I am simply shown the iCloud options, and I can't log in to iCloud.

View 15 RepliesSo i tried to update to IOS 4.2.1 today and it downloaded and everything but IOS 4 is not on my ipad its still the old one, and it says i have it installed there is not multitasking or folders or any of the other new things. its a weird one i 100% do not have IOS 4 on my ipad but it says i do, is there anywhere i can download IOS and try install it again?

I have two different iTunes accounts that I buy applications with. When I go to update multiple applications, it sometimes asks me to log onto the account that I DIDN'T buy the application with, but then tells me that I need to buy the application to update. Even if I was already logged onto the account that I had paid for the application, it asks for the other one, but then doesn't let me update. The only way around this is to delete the application, then buy it again with the same account I bought it with initially (ends up free, but still annoying because I lose any saved progress/files/whatever). For the record, this works on my and my brothers iPhones perfectly. There are absolutely no issues with using multiple accounts with them for over a year now.

View 17 RepliesI'm not able to sync my iPad to my Mac. Each time I try to sync I receive the message "The iPad cannot be synced. The required file cannot be found". I tried the Restore option in iTunes, but continue to have to same issue. I've been syncing the iPad almost every week since I got it and just started about the same time as iTunes was upgraded.
View 8 RepliesJust upgraded my Ipad today, it seems that all is well. Except, my photos won't sync. When trying to sync photos (and only photos) it says '"XXXX's iPad" cannot be synced because file cannot be found'i've tried the following to make it work.
1) turned off sync photos, run sync, turn on again, new sync
2) try setting the iPad up as a new ipad
3) deleting the photo cache file.This is very annoying, hopefully im not the only one having this issue.

I just purchased a new HP D110 specifically to print from my IPad, unfortunately my iPad and iPhone cannot find the printer. The printer connected easily to my wireless network and prints fine from my laptop. The printer, iPad, laptop, and iPhone are all connected to the same network, a Qwest M1000 modem and router. The iPad and iPhone are running iOS 4.2 and the printer downloaded a firmware updated on it's own.

Had iPad for about one month now and since yesterday everytime I place in dock to sync with iMac I get error message "The iPad cannot be synched. An Internal device error occurred." Followed by the message "The iPad cannot be synched. The required file cannot be found."
I have attempted several restores of the iPad only to find the problem reoccurs every time. I research some posts and removed "iPod Photo Cache Folder" from Users/Library but it did not work. Setup the iPad as new iPad thinking that the prior backups may have been corrupted. That worked but when it was docked again and then synched it would result in the same problem.
At this point I have restored it as a new iPad but I am not docking it anymore...I re-downloaded purchases apps and books. iPad appears to be functioning fine...wondering if anyone has ideas. I know I can bring it to Apple Genius but problems appear at synch so I am not sure I can replicate with lugging my iMac there too. Very frustrated at the lack of diagnostic utilities for iPad.

I've got an iPad with the 4.2 GM on it, which will lack the fixes in the 4.2.1 GM or the 4.2 release version, however, "Check for update" says I'm running the latest version, and "Restore" says: "There was a problem downloading the software for the iPad "Name's iPad". The requested resource was not found."
I've tried this on two different computers, is this a problem with Apple or my iPad? I'm guessing the former.
Any idea how I can get it restored to the latest version?
It is not possible to access certain websites through my iPad 3 after upgrading it to IOS 6. I can view only blank page instead of the original web page. Is there any fix available for this issue?
View 1 RepliesHandbrake will not work as this converts VOB files without navigation menues found in the IFO files. Is there any way to get interactive multimedia DVD on the iPad. I am hoping that VLC is approved soon, so I can just copying over the .dvdmedia package and just open the appropriate .IFO file and go to town...

How many people would like to see a Dual Login ability on the iPad?
I would like for my wife, and I, to both be able to use an iPad that would allow multiple users like a Desktop, or Notebook. This would allow us to be able to keep the Springboard pages separate, and our email separate.Wouldn't this be a great feature? And they could do this depending on what unlock code you use
My WiFi connection keeps on disconnecting completely prompting me to login. Has anyone else experiences this and/or have been able to resolve this issue?
