Difference between chargers?

I have a 32 GB Ipod Touch and, 64 GB IPad. Both of the chargers look the same to me, and now I can't seem to tell the difference between the two of them. I usually charge my ipod via computer and my iPad via wall charger. I know that one gives of more power than the other. How can I tell the difference between the two chargers?

Hard to read with old eyes, but my Ipod chargers say Ipod on them.
Ipad charger says 10w.
Believe I read that it doesn't hurt to use the Ipad charger to charge an Ipod, but
not totally sure. What I saw claimed the Ipod would only draw the power it needs.
Also believe the Ipod charger will charge an Ipad, but slower.
Perhaps someone will clarify that.
One would think they would be more clearly marked. Especially if it could create a problem.
Good luck

The ipad charger is 5 volts at 2 amps. (10-watt)
The iphone & ipod chargers are 5 volts at 1 amp. (5-watt)
Both chargers will charge all devices but the ipad will charge slower with the 5-watt chargers.

The 10 watt chargers will not hurt the ipod and iphone because they will only draw the current (amperage) they require for their charging curcuitry.

Thankyou for all your support so far. However, where precisely on the ipad/ipod chargers does it actually label the watage? I've looked up and down the cord and I cant seem to find it. Is it on the usb end, the cord itself, or the ipod end? I was just wondering. Once i can properly identify them then I'll label them clearly with a permanent marker, since that seems to be the way to do it.
