Can you import PDF /TIFF scans into an IPad?

I am thinking of buying an IPAD. One of the many questions I would like to ask is that can I import PDF/ TIFF scans into an IPad?

Many thanks

Hi there Brian,

There are many iPad applications which open PDF files, such as iBooks, and Adobe Reader. There is a section in iTunes which lets you drag files into the applications.

The popular app Goodreader can open .tif files, and so can Dropbox. Take a look in the app store before you buy the iPad to find the apps you are going to want to install.

Have a great day,

Nathan
