Hey everyone. Just updated my ipad 2 to an ipad air. I'm extremely happy with it except I can't connect it to my gmail through exchange. All the information and settings are exactly the same as my ipad 2, but it still is not working. I still have my ipad 2 also and it's working fine connecting to exchange. Any suggestions

@Br0wnP4nd4 Hey,

I'm sure you got this email and disregarded it as I did because it looks completely insignificant and completely unofficial at first glance ;) But it holds the key! It's not syncing because you've paired your Exchange account with too many phones/ipads. Follow the instructions, delete one of the pairings and you'll be all set! Shoot me a note if you need some help. update under options @ webmail.yourcompany.com

Nick

"You have 10 phone partnerships out of the maximum allowed 10 partnerships. After you reach the maximum, you can't create additional partnerships until you delete existing ones from your account. To do so, sign in to Outlook Web App, click Options > Phone > Mobile Phones, and delete any unused partnerships."
