Hi

I have exactly the same problem and I saw all the answers suggesting the same way as

Empty Caches

Safari > Preference > Advanced

Checkmark the box for "Show Develop menu in menu bar".

Develop menu will appear in the Safari menu bar.

Click Develop and select "Empty Caches" from the dropdown.

Remove website data.

Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Press "Remove All Website Data" button.

Relaunch Safari.

But it does not work for me , the problem persists, can you help me on that?
