Does an app exist that does this preferably that supports evernote? I plan to type a lot but it's easier to handwrite certain notes. Also are iPad 2s available in apple stores yet I plan to get one tomorrow any other App recommendations? Thanks for any help!

Noterize

This app is pretty good. You can annotate pdf files with typed text, hand written notes or equations, point to items in the pdf, .... My son uses Noterize on his iPad at college. He downloads the professor's pdf files from the school to the iMac. Then uses iTunes to transfer the pdf to the iPad. In the class room lectures, he follows the instructor notes and adds his notes.
