I am able to connect to the wifi router, However Unable to Login with Username and Password in Ipad

currently I use Beam Cable (Hyd India). I am able to connect to the wifi router through my Ipad.. However in the login page when I provide the user name and password the following error is popped up:

Login Failed.. If Login fails with the correct username and password, it is possible that you are not permitted to connect from your current location. Contact your service provider to determine whether you are permitted to connect from your current location.. I have been chasing beam cable but no help till now ..Can Anyone Help
