Has anyone run out of data, hit the pop up to purchase another block of data, and then still had their plan "renew" at the 30 day expiration of the previous data block despite plenty of time and data left on the new block (and the new block supposedly resetting your "renewal" date)?

It happened to me, customer service is a joke. They just keep repeating random babbling words back to me. Eventually after two levels of reps saying "well you made a feature change and that's why you were charged again" and "maybe you processed the payment incorrectly" I got a supervisor that says I must have added the data wrong and she will issue a courtesy refund of the extra $50.

Uhh... On a prepaid iPad plan how exactly do I add it wrong? I run out and it says I've run out and asks if I want to buy more or wait out my month.

I think in order to "add on more", you had to change your plan to one with more data. You can't just buy more data for that month. If you tried to buy the same plan you already had, you may have in fact done it wrong.
