Why my iPad can't sign in into iMessage and FaceTime?

I'm having a problem when signing in to FaceTime and iMessage. Can somebody help me? I really need your help. Thanks.

Have you enabled FaceTime and iMessage in Settings?

Also make sure the party you are calling do like wise.
