Doesn't Allow Certain Videos To Be Played?

I recently purchased an iPad and have been playing around with it. I've noticed that the YouTube app doesn't always return all the search results that I know are available. Namely, I can't seem to find any music videos. I've even tried doing a search on my laptop for a music video, then do the same search in the YT app, and nothing. I even went as far as sending myself the link to the video, then accessing the link through Safari, but even that won't play it. Is there some kind of censorship going on that doesn't allow certain videos to be played?

Youtube Doesn't Work - Movie Could Not Played

I synced my ipad and my iphone3G S with my MacBook Pro, everything else is fine apart from you can't watch any youtube videos on the ipad when the ipad connects to the wifi network. however, you can watch the youtube videos when the ipad connects to the 3G net work; i haven't changed any sittings at all. For my iphone3G S it simply does't play any youtube videos at all. Does anyone know what the problem is and please help me!!! When they both don't play the youtube video the error message is "This movie could not be played."

Doesn't Seem To Recognize Any Of Videos

Unfortunately, the ipad doesn't seem to recognize any of the videos that I record with my digital camera, and so only the photos (and not the .mpg videos) sync to the 'photos' app

My question is: is there a mac application that will go through and automatically convert all of my .mpg videos to .m4v (or other ipad-compatible formats) and leave the new videos in the same folder as the original?

I tried using handbrake, but I have to manually select the source and destination for each folder, which would take hours to do (unless I am missing something?)

Camera Adapter Kit - Doesn't Show Videos

I've been using my camera adapter kit to put photos from my camera, into my iPad but it doesn't show the videos I've recorded. I tried deleting all the pics from my camera and just leaving the one video I want to transfer but the iPad shows:"No photos to import I'm using a Sony digital camera that records video in MPEG-4 format. Any suggestions? (I transfered the video to my Dell laptop, no problem)

Videos And Music Syncs But Doesn't Show Up

I have been able to sync my iTunes library to my iPad with no problem until this last weekend. I already had several videos and tv shows on my iPad, and then i added a few more, synced, and before testing it, went on vacation without my computer for twelve daysWhen I open up videos, there are no videos on my iPad. When i open up the iPod app, there is no music on my iPad. When i look in the About section in settings, it says I'm using 58 of 59 available GB, but that there are zero videos and zero songs.The memory in ny iPad is nearly full, as i thought it'd be after syncing a large amount of videos. Itunes on my computer showed that the iPad had videos on it, yet, no videos.

Backup In ITunes Doesn't Appear To Have Saved Videos?

In iTunes I right clicked on my iPad and selected "create a backup". It then spent quite some time doing that.

Once that had finished I updated the software on the iPad because I've got a developers license and was upgrading to iOS 5 Beta 4. Once it had finished that it asked if I wanted to restore my iPad from an earlier backup. I selected the one it had done just before I updated the software and it spend the best part of an hour transferring everything.

Unfortunately when I now go to my iPad, none of the videos that I had recorded (within the videos app) are there. if they can be recovered then I'd be very grateful as there were some important videos on there!

I reset my ipad last night through the option in the settings app. When it was finished everything was reset but some cydia apps and the cydia store were still there. They don't work. Safari doesn't work and youtube videos wont play. if it matters I jailbroke my ipad on 5.1.1 with redsn0w and the rocky raccoon method. I figured I should format it agai using iTunes but iTunes AND redsn0w wot detect my ipad, only my computer sees it.

I just purchased two shows in HD from iTunes and they will not transfer to my iPad 2. I get the error "Some of the videos could not be transferred because they cannot be played on this iPad."

However I already have HD movies on my iPad that play fine. In Preferences I have the resolution set to 720p. What might be causing this error?

I have a movie that I ripped a long time ago to play on my AppleTV but since I still haven't gotten around to watching it I'm going to put the movie on my iPad.In iTunes, I drag the movie onto the iPad to copy it (I am manually managing) and I get this error:"movie was not copied to the iPad name because it cannot be played on this iPad."So I select the movie and from iTunes' Advanced menu I choose "Make an iPod/Apple TV version" and I get the error:"One or more videos were not converted because they are already in the correct format."

I recently bought a movie in the iTunes Store on my iPad - all went well and could be played on the iPad. Later I synced with my iMac and the itunes Library. Sync worked, but I cant watch the movie on the iMac - it is shown in the list and can be started, but no sound and only a grey display of the size of the movie. Any ideas?
