I have a classroom set of iPads, and although they work great for our needs, the kids are constantly changing the wallpaper, and focusing on this rather than their work.I need to know if there is a way to lock this feature so the kids can not change it.
Dual 867 Mhz Power PC G4
Mac OS X (10.5.6)
For some reason, I cannot see the option to disable the Passcode Lock on the iPad (that should have been there under General > Passcode Lock). I have read about Exchange Server accounts, etc and I don't have any setup on my iPad. I also tried doing a complete restart and that did not help. Finally I tried General > Reset > Reset All Settings, which reset all of my customizations on the iPad, but didn't remove the passcode.
The new lock thing, doesn't mute only your reminder sounds etc.but disables the sound also from your movie players (The ones that play your AVI files)what a great help that is.Information : Ipad 64Gb Win7 64bits Windows 7.
I have seen apps that you can download wallpapers directly to the photos to set as the wallpaper, but I was wondering if anyone has come across an app that will automatically change your wallpaper at a set amount of time like 30 min etc.?
So i need some help, my ipad wallpaper is acting up it was working fine the first few days after i bought it but now its just getting me a little upset. So the wallpaper for the main scren is super zoomed in and u can only see a little part of whatever picture that i set. What should i do to fix this.
I found this slick web app today that has dual pane scrolling and everything just like a native app but it runs in Safari!check it out on your ipad at http://ipad.imacwallpapers.comThey have a pretty good selection and the wallpapers are all really high quality. You can even download them in 1024x1024 OR 768x1024 portrait.I was getting tired of all the ad-ridden sites for iPad wallpapers that were not optimized for the iPad and were just plain crappy. The site itself is actually pretty fun to navigate I really like it
Before the iPad came out some people were talking about finding wallpaper that will fill the iPad screen. One person said you need to use 1024x1024 so when you use it in Portrait and Landscape mode, the wallpaper won't have black bars. So can you use 1024x768 wallpaper or will it not look right when you use it in landscape?
Howdy folks, of course i am a real newbie with the (wifes) iPad2, i am also a relative newbie with my MacbookPro.I can see here that there is a Forum dedicated to WALLPAPERS, well, funnily enough i wouldnt even know how to change the one that came as standard on my iPad2 ?.
