Chirping Like Beep While Charging

Last night while charging my Ipad it would make a little chirping like beep periodically. I eventually turned down the volume so as not to hear it.

Chirping During Recharge - Display Shuts Off
Why does my iPad chirp every so often during recharge? The intervals seem random. No error messages or warnings on the iPad, as it contunues to charge. The display activates showing a large battery icon with charge percentage, then the display shuts off. Not an issue, really, except it's at bedside during overnight charge, and wakes me up!

How Do I Turn Off Beep When Connecting To Power/usb?

I like using the new iPad's built in dictation feature. But when I use it, I find that the alert beep it makes when you start and stop is quite loud, and I don't know how to turn the volume down. All of the other sounds on the my iPad are turned down.

Not Charging Prompt - Charging With Wall Charger From Computer ?
I'm not talking about the "Not Charging" prompt. Whether I try charging with the wall charger or from my computer, it either does not charge at all, or will sometimes only stay at 55%. Since the problem has started I have gotten it to charge completely maybe once or twice. I've also tried restoring, only to get the same problem.

Charging The Battery - Message - Charging Not Supported With This Accessory
I am having problems getting the new IPad to charge at all and sometime it displays this message.' charging not supported with this accessory'. This message is appearing occasionally on my 5 week old new iPad (3) within a few minutes of plugging it in.: (It is also not charging after this message appears. I am using the supplied wall socket and cable. I am also having problems getting the iPad to charge at all even if the message does not show. This is frustrating me no end. I expected a reliable device given the amount I paid.

I rang Apple support today (twice) and it made a liar of me working just fine for few minutes the first time then again failed, then for hour or so after the second call seemed to work just fine. Now it is not charging, and won't charge despite repeatedly unplugging and repluging, Switching off the iPad and turning it back on etc etc.

Charging USB Hubs-want Multiple Charging?
Hello. My school is planning on purchasing 15 iPads to use with our kids. We'd like to be able to setup a storage/charging/syncing box for them. I know that the iPad requires more power than the iPod Touch to charge. I've looked around but I haven't been able to find any recommendations of USB hubs that are iPad charging compatible?

Not Charging/after Charging Not Appearing In Itunes
Let me preface this by saying that my IPhone and IPod Touch are syncing with my Mac perfectly. But yesterday when I connected my IPad, it wasn't appearing under Devices in ITunes. I thought that was odd so unplugged it and reinserted the cable several times but still nothing. Then I turned it off and on and still no luck. To cut a long story short, I tried a bunch of things but it still didn't show under Devices.

I then plugged it in via a plug in the wall and it displayed a message in the top right corner saying "Not Charging". Turns out that after leaving it for a long time it did actually charge but still displays that message. After charging it back to 100%, I tried connecting to my IMac again and it still isn't appearing in ITunes.

Any advice ?

Charging Not Supported Even With Official Plug/Cables - Not Charging " Or " Not With This Accessory " Messages
I have a problem with Apple. I have an iPad 1 with the official plug and cable and the official Apple keyboard dock thing .... now all saying "Charging not Allowed with this Accessory" .

If these were cheap copies i would understand but this is Official Apple gear ... what on earth is going on with this rubbish ... now stuck with an iPad at 19% and not charging ... oh and my 3GS wont charge from usb on my pc anymore wither with the same stupid message ... its worked fine up until this 5.1.1 update which they both have.

Yes ive tried different usb ports and all the same .... Tried on the keyboard dock and just with cable straight from plug socket , different cables and both wall plugs I have and just the same story . No wonder im getting rid of the iphone ... doing my head in now. Official Apple stuff and these stupid " Not Charging " or " Not with this Accessory " messages? And also im not going to restore these things again because that doesnt reall work either.

Not Charging Up ?
To be honest, over the last month the iPad has been taking pretty long to start up each time it goes out of charge, often several minutes. In the first few months it use to take less than a minute to start charging and quite often almost instantaneously. Today it has been almost an hour since I put the charger in and it still hasn't started changing.

Keep Charging While Using It?
I am a new iPad 2 user and have a naive question. Normally, I charge my iPad once a couple of days and use it while it is discharging. Then, I charge it again once the charging levels have reached 10-15%.

Is this mode of usage optimal for the longevity of the battery? Or should I keep the battery charging while I'm using the iPad? I do not have a docking station (since I'd opted for a smart cover instead) but I can still keep it connected to the power outlet on my office desk.

On a related note, how long does the iPad battery keep giving optimal performance?

How To Get Proper Charging?
I finally figured out my iPad won't charge unless I use my new white thing that plugs in the wall. However, I have three different chords (from my iPad as well as my iPod)that I've used to sync my iPad to my computer. Each time the message is Not Charging. How do I sync? Do I need a stronger chord? If so, why wouldn't that have been included? Right now I have no idea which came from my iPad or from my iPod but since none of them works, I don't suppose it matters. Suggestions?

I've also tried pressing the home button and the button on top for a minute, but it still wont turn on. I cant take it to the apple store as I have taken it to another country. Is there any solution to charge it and turn it on?

Not Charging Using A USB Port
my iPad is not charging through the wall charger it says 10% and it shows no indication that its charging (or not) when it's plugged in, it just stays the same. I think it's charging though, because when the battery depleted and it shows the battery and the lightning bolt sign (telling you to charge it,) it recognizes when I plug it in and just shows the lightening bolt (meaning its being powered.) Any thoughts? Should I just take it in to the Apple store for a new one?

3G Power On Charging
First....Last night i had the iPad plugged into the wall charger as I was using it since it was at about 15% charge and i would randomly use it, put it down, use it, etc...and i'd say it was plugged in for about 2.5 hours and then at about an hour after that it randomly wouldnt turn on.

I had held and pressed the power button but nothing i eventually got into DFU mode and it would restart after that but does that indicate any form of defect with the iPad itself?
Should i restore it to default and resync my apps/music/ etc?

Second....I noticed when powering on i have to hold the power button for a quite a bit longer than I previously thought I did as i usually have never turned it off for the most part only seldom.

What length of time does anyone usually hold their power button on theirs for to get them to boot up?

Meanwhile I am using about 50MB/mo and want to go back to the original 250MB plan.ATT says if I do so I will be charged another $14.99 or almost $60.
