Like what title says, similar to cell phones where you can check how many hours and minutes you have used. Is there such thing built in or even 3rd party app that can do it?
View 4 RepliesMy FaceTime keeps coming up "failed call" when I call someone or if they call me it just says "connecting" but doesn't connect yet my Internet is working fine. I've tried rebooting my iPad but that got nowhere.

So I have an iPad air, iPhone 6 plus and just ordered a new mini 3 for my handbag. Looking at all the new things available with the 0s 8 I see that now phone calls can be made. I went to you tube and followed the tutorial and if I try to make a phone call with my iPad it says CALL USING IPHONE FAILED. Now I understand that they have to be on the same wifi network,

As we all know Apple gives the permissions to rent movies on itunes, teh question goes , for how long can this movie be rented ?? How can i know?? For your instance, i have not tried renting so maybe something will pop up and notify me, but im curious im afraid the rent will finish after i click play and see it only once

I don't know anything about mouse support in an ipad. Though i have an idea about dock keyboard and bluetooth keyboard support will it support a mouse as well if it docked and you are typing it would be real inconvenient to have to use the touchscreen to click on things.
View 24 RepliesI'm having strange problem with my new iPad. I'm trying to set up email account with yahoo. It seems to verify my email address correctly however my emails never get populated. When I click on mail I just get the circle status bar in lower left corner and it says checking for mail... But nothing ever shows up in list. My settings appear to be correct and my account was successfully verified but still I'm not seeing any of my emails. I have my push settings set to manual and there's a blue on button. What am I doing wrong?

View 1 Repliesjust got an ipad and finished setting up all the email accounts, however i notice something different from my experiences with iPhone. When I open Mail it only checks the account for new mail that i'm currently in, if I want to check another account I have to go back out and go into the Inbox of the other account. For example, if i'm on Gmail when i open Mail, I will only be able to check new mail in Gmail and not in my other accounts.

Unable to find any info on the apple website or in the iPad manual. I am a Dell dudette and I feel sort of "naked" without the Norton or McAfee shield! iTunes is also new to me, we went with Microsoft's Zune early on. I have the iPad 16GB WIFI model. Am I missing something? I do like the iPad, but the initial WOW factor I felt during the first few hours has already started to wear off...

View 1 RepliesWhy does my iPad take so long to check or send email? I have my own mail server. My PC, Mac, etc complete the tasks on the same network in a millisecond.
The email account is hosted by a server running mercury and is imap but my pop accounts behave the same way. I have the server defined on a local ip address. It takes sometimes 5 minutes to send and email but they usually go thru. Checking email gives a spinning circle for over a minute.
