View 3 RepliesAfter downloading an App from iTunes, I synchronized my iPad with my computer, like what everyone does. But the problem is that my downloaded App did not appear in my iPad. The Apple Support did not state this type of trouble.

I'm trying to set up my iPad, and I'm connected to iTunes. I can see my iPad, and when I click on, I see a whole bunch of tabs: summary, info, apps, music, movies, etc. I can click on all those tabs EXCEPT apps. When I click on it, nothing happens. I've downloaded a few applications from the iTunes store. My iPad is set to sync applications. I tell it to sync applications, and it looks like it installing them on the iPad, and then... the apps aren't there. Windows 7

View 2 RepliesI'm currently have a iphone and ipad... and is running my iTunes on Windows OS. My question is, what happens to the data in apple products after I format my harddisk and reinstall iTunes. Will the data get lost after I connect my apple products to the newly installed iTunes?Data of concern:Downloaded Applications --> Do I have to download them again in iTunes?Music --> Will the music be overwritten and removed during Sync? (I suppose the same applies to Photos and Videos)?
Contacts --> Will my contacts be removed?

I have noticed that in a few apps there is missing functionality of an app on the iPad as compared with the same app on the iPhone. Also found that HD movie content will not always play on the iPad, looks like it needs the same format as the iPhone or Touch. Even HD movies from iTunes did not play, it used the SD version of the movie.
View 4 RepliesI'm not talking about the "Not Charging" prompt. Whether I try charging with the wall charger or from my computer, it either does not charge at all, or will sometimes only stay at 55%. Since the problem has started I have gotten it to charge completely maybe once or twice. I've also tried restoring, only to get the same problem.
View 3 RepliesI am having problems getting the new IPad to charge at all and sometime it displays this message.' charging not supported with this accessory'. This message is appearing occasionally on my 5 week old new iPad (3) within a few minutes of plugging it in.: (It is also not charging after this message appears. I am using the supplied wall socket and cable. I am also having problems getting the iPad to charge at all even if the message does not show. This is frustrating me no end. I expected a reliable device given the amount I paid.
I rang Apple support today (twice) and it made a liar of me working just fine for few minutes the first time then again failed, then for hour or so after the second call seemed to work just fine. Now it is not charging, and won't charge despite repeatedly unplugging and repluging, Switching off the iPad and turning it back on etc etc.

View 14 RepliesI have an iPad 3G 64 and it's great. Except when I place it in the dock at night to charge, it seems to stop charging at 60%. I don't have this problem when I don't use the dock. Any direct power source seems to charge the battery fine..
View 1 RepliesHello. My school is planning on purchasing 15 iPads to use with our kids. We'd like to be able to setup a storage/charging/syncing box for them. I know that the iPad requires more power than the iPod Touch to charge. I've looked around but I haven't been able to find any recommendations of USB hubs that are iPad charging compatible?
View 13 RepliesLet me preface this by saying that my IPhone and IPod Touch are syncing with my Mac perfectly. But yesterday when I connected my IPad, it wasn't appearing under Devices in ITunes. I thought that was odd so unplugged it and reinserted the cable several times but still nothing. Then I turned it off and on and still no luck. To cut a long story short, I tried a bunch of things but it still didn't show under Devices.
I then plugged it in via a plug in the wall and it displayed a message in the top right corner saying "Not Charging". Turns out that after leaving it for a long time it did actually charge but still displays that message. After charging it back to 100%, I tried connecting to my IMac again and it still isn't appearing in ITunes.
Any advice ?
