Difference Between 3G Manual And Current Manual
So I would assume the user manual coming with the 3G's will be slightly different than the current downloadable PDF in Apples manual section here on the site?

Never saw this coming but damn! I bought a new garage door opener, unpacked it and pulled out the install manual and thought what if.. Checked online and found it on my iPad, instead of flipping pages I can't believe how convenient and enjoyable it is using the iPad as the manual, I can blow up illustrations and enlarge print with a flick of my fingers.. So...was feeling all smug and superior because I waltzed into the Apple Store at 1:30 and had no wait, no lines, no problem - had my Ipad within 5 minutes of getting to the store.Then got home to discover that there was no USB cable. And as there is no instruction manual, I wasn't sure if an IPhone or IPod cable worked with it. So I called Applecare....and was told A) that they were sorry, B) they would be happy to ship me out one and C) that they did not recommend using an IPhone/IPod USB cable with the IPad as it may not charge it correctly as the wattage was different (I believe they said that the IPhone cable is a higher wattage than the IPad one).

It is great - and since I have used Dragon Dictate on my Mac before, I tried things like saying "open parenthesis" and it puts in the "(" sign. I can also get quotes or hyphens, commas and exclamation marks by saying them. BUT there could be lots more hidden stuff - and the 144 page iPad iOS 5.1 manual doesn't say much about dictation at all...

Mail Still Automatically Downloading When Set To Manual
Firstly, I'm new to iPads (4G/wifi G4GB). I don't want my email to download to my iPad until I specifically tell it to manually, yet it appears to be doing so automatically each time I open the Mail app. I have several email accounts, some gmail, some with myISP and a mixture of POP and IMAP.
My settings are:

iCloud - all off except Reminders and Find My iPad
Mail - 13 accounts, mixed as above, all On
