Why on earth would Apple not add Greek as an international keyboard for the iPad? They do for the iPhone. Being able to type Greek characters is crucial for many fields of study including theology, classics, biblical studies or learning modern Greek. My ancient, biblical and modern Greek lexicons are useless on the iPad. I guess I have to use my iPhone. Come on Apple!

In recent days when I type the 'e' key on the iPad it repeats and I see it twice. I have to backspace each time to get rid of the repeated 'e' which is frustrating and a time killer since I use my iPad a lot for work. Any ideas what is happening or how I can fix it? The iPad seems to think that I probably mean ID when I type those two letters, I always mean it to correct to I'd, half the time when I type the letters ive it corrects to I've, the other half of the time it changes it to vie. Does anyone know of a way to set up conditional corrections? Any other suggestions for specifying the default guess for the same "error"?

When buying Apps for the iPad, do you buy iPad apps, or iPhone apps that you can use on the iPad as well?I ask this for many reasons. iPad apps are usually more expensive than iPhone apps, for example, Angry Birds for iPhone costs $0.99, whereas Angry Birds HD for iPad costs $4.99. Don't get me wrong, I do buy iPad apps, but usually when it's on sale, rarely for $4.99. And the apps I have are usually free also. One reason to why I usually get iPhone apps, is because it's cheaper, and I make sure that they are compatible with iPad also, so I can play it on both screens.But does the app look bad when using an iPhone/iPod app on the iPad?

I'm troubleshooting my wife's iPad over the telephone... iPad 1, using the original iOs (was going to upgrade today but did not).This morning it was "working fine". I downloaded a movie from iTunes. I changed the password on her "Mail" account. I backed up her two Pages files in my iTunes accounts. NOW - she can use her Mail, but Safari seems to be focacta. She says she can't type a new address in the address or the Google bar, and when she clicks on existing links on existing pages, they load blank pages. She's tried changing networks (we have two Wi-Fi routers in the house), to no avail.

I'm typing this on my new iPad, absolutely loving it!! But, I'm desperately in need of a case! Not because I need to urgently protect the screen but because I find it quite awkward to type especially when lying on the sofa or on a table (I don't have the dock).
Now, i know apple do a case for it but i've heard mixed reviews and it doesn't look the sturdiest (most durable) of cases! However, what i like about the apple case is the fact that you can make it into a stand in different positions, very neat!! I would preferably like a leather case but whatever case I choose would have to have stand like capabilities that the official apple one does.
Does anyone know of any cases other than the official apple one??
How To Type Apple Logo?
I know how to type the Apple logo using my iMac ( shift/option/k)but how do you do it using the iPad? Like what keys do you press to do it if at all possible.
