I just noticed when you go to the YouTube website you can't enter videos in fullscreenmode anymore but instate the addressbar at the top and status bar of the video on the bottom are displayed all the time.
View 15 RepliesSo I have enjoyed my new iPad so far, but the one issue I can't seem to figure out is how to play fullscreen YouTube videos on my iPad. I want to be able to stream the audio to my living room speakers since I have an Airport Express hooked up to my home theater for when we watch a video on YouTube. I have attached screenshots on what the videos look like when I first load them, and after I hit the full screen icon.
View 17 RepliesI have connected iPad to tv through original hdmi adapter. My problem is that YouTube is not mirrowed in full screen on tv using the YouTube application.
Jasmine application allows on the contrary full screen playing but only in low res, needless to say I would like 1080p.
I have an ipad 2 and connect it to my tv using the hdmi adapter.
I understand that the aspect ratio of the ipad is not 16:9 and therfore I don't get full screen mirroring. I want to see my pictures in ful screen, but it seems these are mirrored too. If i run a slideshow, they are displayed full screen.
Anyway I can view individual pictures in full screen like i can with slideshows and movies?
I have an ipad 2 and was wondering if I get the hdmi adapter and connect it to my flatscreen, will I be able to play netflix in fullscreen on the tv.?

View 6 RepliesI'm considering getting a hdmi av adapter for my ipad 2, and whenever i watch videos of it working, its always like 1/2 the size of the screens, but they always have Huge screens (40-50") so i was wondering if it would be close to the full size of my 21" screen, or if not if there is a way to make it almost (or completely) the full size of my tv.

I'm developing a webapp for the ipad in fullscreen. Im running changes to the code and then reopening the page to view changes.
After the 5th time i do this, the ipad will not respond to button presses (apart from a triple click) and needs to be hard reset.
I tried a restore but that hasnt fixed the issue.
Why i can not watch fullscreen movie with player azul? Its look like the only way is to convert .avi files to mp4 and put to itune.
View 1 RepliesI have been using tweakdeck app on android 10" tab and the font size is well suit my poor vision but i am missing this on my new Ipad 4, any good combined twitter/facebook app with large fonts and also the timeline occupies the full screen (wide), i do not need to see two or three columns when i am reading.
I am also missing whatsapp messenger and can not jailbreak as my IOS is 6.1.3
Is it possible for someone to be monitoring my iPad when on 3G? I have recently had some of my online accounts accessed as well as my credit info compromised. I was trying to figure out where the data compromise was coming from and updated several of my account passwords on my iPad today only to find out about 4 hours later they had been accessed again with the new passwords. I know that someone could have cracked the password and it could just be a coincidence but I used a 12 character password with capitals & lowercase letters as well as numbers.

This morning I plugged my iPad in for charging as I assume it must have ran out or something, I go to check on it, and on the screen it simply has a picture of the cord and the iTunes logo asking to be plugged into iTunes.
I do this, still shocked about why it's doing this, but when I do, iTunes asks me to unlock the iPad before syncing. Obviously I can't do this.
(I wanted to upgrade to the 32GB 3G iPad, but didn't want to return it with a restocking fee)So I get there (a restaurant) and I spot him, we sit down to arrange. He pulls out an envelope and places it next to me. A waitress comes up to us (we were seated at a table) and asks if we're ordering anything... I told her no we're just gonna be here for 2 minutes tops, and she explained we can't be there if we're not customers. While turning my attention to her, that's when the guy literally just grabbed my iPad, bolted out like he was running from a psycho killer. Just JETTED out there, I stood no chance. All I could do was shout out "Somebody call the police!" and chase after him, but he had already rounded the corner, was about halfway down the block, and slid into a waiting car w/ driver.
