Unknown User ID Pops Up For ITunes?

Purchased a new iPad2 last night from WalMart. Everything has transferred over from my iPad1 via the iCloud just perfectly. However, I am now getting a consistent iTunes pop-up for a password that has iTunes user ID I have never seen before.
I am assuming that there is an app somewhere on the device that is wanting to update that is associated with this ID I have never seen before. This leads me to ask a couple questions:
1-is this iPad used (ie refurbed)?
2-how do I get it to laptop?

Stopping ITunes Login Pops Up?

Every time I open any app the iTunes login pops up, also when I boot up or come back from sleep mode. Don't know how to make it stop. Any ideas?

Unknown Error 21 On ITunes When Try To Restore IPad 2?

It all started when I was deleting an e-mail (from an uknown adress), then Mail was closing and I went back to my homescreen. Suddenly I see that all my purchased apps where gone, only shortcuts to Safari and the original Apple programs were in place. Then I tried to push the home and the power button to restart the device, it turns back on again without any affect.
I connect my Ipad to the Mac Pro running OSX 10.6.8. and open iTunes, then I tried to recover a safety copy from the list, without any luck. The result of this ends with a device showing just the Apple logo a while, and then the iTunes wire. The problem with showing "unknown error 21" in iTunes seems to be a usual Windows third-party issue, but I`m running it on a Mac.
I tried all basic steps in the Apple support, but it still came back with the message: "detected iPad in recovery mode...you will have to restore it before it can be used with iTune", and then a message that tells me the Ipad device can not me restored, unknown error 21.
I have no firewall, the time is correct, I'm running the latest iTunes version 10.6.1, I can connect to the iTunes store and it looks okay. I connected the original 30-pins connector on the back, unplugging all other USB-devices, I checked this and several other things, but I just can't get it to work. Before it turned into this "Brick" I noticed that the indication on used memory for programs (green) went down to zero and "other" (yellow) were the biggest area (app.14 GB).

After struggling to update and syncing and finally got it done, now when I check for update iTunes says it cannot check for update because of unknown error "1631". How can I fix this?

IPad 2 :: Restore Fails With Unknown Error(1) - ITunes And Recovery Mode Logo

iPad2 64GB was sluggish and we tried to update with latest iOS update, security 2014-005 and latest iTunes on iMac 12.01 It enters a recoverymode with the iTunes logo and connector symbol displayed on the screen. Recognized that iPad is connected and proceeded to restore to factory condition. Goes through several stages, FW verification, restore etc but fails to proceed past a certain point and puts up an unknown error (1) occurred message. Disabled firewall and tried restore and it failed in the same spot. Tried using power + home button combos to enter DFW or restore mode. None of them worked.
Took it to the Apple store and was told that it can't be debugged further because it did not yet boot up ( if it has the iTunes and connector symbol it must be in some state that it can be interacted with?) It's physically in a perfectly beautiful condition, nothing funky (jail breaking etc ) done to it, well taken care of. The tech said that he can offer a replacement for 299$ after he tried to restore it twice without success. I am surprised that this tech thinks that it cannot be probed with some low level FW tools through the serial connector to determine the system state.

IPad 2 :: 2 Different User Names On ITunes

It is happening on my wife's iPad2 so that is why I am here. On my wife's iPad2 we are having conflicts with the App store. At log-in to the app store, the popup screen sometimes asks for a password using one apple ID and other times it asks for a password using another apple ID. Her Apple ID is xxx02 (not her real user name) which equals her yahoo address, which she used to activate iCloud. When she goes to the App store to update her apps, the popup date entry screen asking for her password, shows and Apple ID using another email address which happens to be her daily email address using Apple Mail. She did register her iMac using the second ID and password, but not her iPad2. To clarify, she has two email addresses, one for daily mail using Mail, and a second email address using yahoo.com. Sometimes the App store shows one ID and sometimes it shows another ID, of which both have different passwords.
Is it possible that she has two Apple accounts with two different ID's? If so, how do I get her back to a single ID? If not, where do I go to get this problem resolved.

Won't Show Up In ITunes - PC User, XP, 2004 Machine

When he plugs it in via USB (it is 2.0), all of the drivers seem to be loaded just fine (Windows recognizes it), but it never shows in iTunes. Also of note, when he plugs it in and it's on, it merely says "Not Charging". Weird. I've never seen one do that. Would that prevent it from showing up (low powered USB port?). He's using iTunes 10 and Windows XP.

I have a couple of questions about the calendar.
an alert pops up only after the event is due. Can I configure this for early warning some where?
Also, when I write an event into the calendaron the road, it appears in red, but does not sync back to make the entry appear in Outlook 2007. When I add the entry to Outlook I have delete my entry made on the road.
is this how it is or am i missing something important about calendars?

As I travel and need to connect to HotSpots and WiFis. The WiFi Prompt screen no longer pops up for ageeing to terms. So I'm left "connected" but no internet...?? Went to Apple store in L.A. and was told to "Restore" which I did, it did not resolve the non-connect.

My ipad works fine on my home network but then I try to connect at school (rutgers university, bluesocket web based login system) an odd connecting dialog comes up and then a browswer window pops up from the wireless settings panel. When I try to log in the go button does nothing and if I close the window it drops the connection.I can log on just fine on my ipod touch.
