On 2 occasions, I have somehow deleted all messages in my inbox from my iPad. Once that happens, they do not seem to go to trash or my deleted folder. I cannot locate them on my iMac either. I have tried settings to make sure it asks before deleting, but that does not work. Can anyone suggest
I just downloaded some photos off my camera and i was going through and deleting some unwanted photos when i deleted some i wanted, can i get them back? I saw in another discussion that I could get the photos back if I restored the whole IPad
My iPad was syncing all of my notes with my gmail account, and I accidently set it to stop syncing them with that account, and now they disappeared from my iPad. I still have them through my gmail account, because they didn't disappear from there, but I'm wondering if there's a way to get them back to my iPad.
I accidentally deleted my music folder off my backup drive on computer. When I synced iPad everything stayed on iPad AND iTunes library BUT obviously when trying to locate file when looking in iTunes there is no location found.
I don't have a back up I know of I can use and for arguments sake assume I don't. Is there a way to sync the music on iPad back to the library--if that makes sense?
I'm getting ready to buy iPad 2's for my mom and dad, who have barely in their lives used a computer. I'm considering either netbooks or iPads, but considering the ease of use, the iPad is my primary option. So I wanted to know for those that did this, how's the feedback from them? Did they like it and use it daily?Did they left it to collect dust or asked you to return it?Did they face any difficulties with iOS? Basically I just want them to surf the net and facetime with me.
On my recent vacation I took photos and moved them to my iPad 2. I connected my iPad to my Mac to move them to iPhoto Library on my Mac. I could export only partially as I got not enough space message; but I got an option on my iPad to delete the photos already exported, to which I said yes . The photos were deleted on my iPad, but when I went to iPhoto on my Mac, they were empty event folders.
So I synched my ipad and I had movies on it and they deleted. This made me really upset then just the other day I was downloading another movie via pc and my lost movies showed up on the download box but my computer reset and once I put the movie again, once again the movies were gone. How do I retrieve them?
If deleting a note page from your note apps by mistake is there anyway of retrieving it without going through iTunes or iCloud. Is there a deleted bin that is installed where you could decide if you want to have it deleted for good or restored. This is the new age of technology and there should be a deleted bin as in most computers or websites. There must be a way..
I wanted to delete a few paragraphs in the iPad notes. I highlighted it then pressed delete! I ended up deleting the entire 10 pages! i went into the trash folder hopping that it will be there, (like in windows) but to my surprise, it was not. I quickly turned off iCloud backup immediately hoping to be able to retrieve it from there. Also, I have notes synced to my email account in settings.
I logged into iCloud - for the first time - on my PC through iCloud.com. To my surprise or shock, there was no data in my account and I've been backing up for months with confirmation. Then, I searched yahoo email account but do not see where to locate the notes backup to email account.
How do I retrieve the note from iCloud? Why is my iCloud account empty? I have it set since the 1st day to backup whenever the iPad is connected to power? What is the location of the notes in the email account? Could turning off backup, cleared-out months of backup?
