I have an ipad2 16gb, since size is a limitation, can I delete some apps from the ipad to make space and will I be able to re download them later from icloud if I want?

I just got an iPad and wanted to try out a few universal apps on it. I am travelling and don't have access to my MacBook. Can I redownload the universal apps (pinball HD, monsterdash) to my iPad and not get charged again or do I have to sync with my MacBook?

Pages deleted all my documents when I opened it and it told me there was an update. I clicked the update button, but when I saw the update was 250 MB I thought I would wait to update. I returned to Pages and all my documents were gone.
How do I get them back?
If I go to the settings I can see several of my Pages documents (maybe all of them) are stored in my iCloud. That's great, but how do I get them back on my iPad 2 in my Pages App?

If deleting a note page from your note apps by mistake is there anyway of retrieving it without going through iTunes or iCloud. Is there a deleted bin that is installed where you could decide if you want to have it deleted for good or restored. This is the new age of technology and there should be a deleted bin as in most computers or websites. There must be a way..

I have an iPad2 and was until recently using BBC Iplayer without any problem today it stopped working, the iplayer screen flashed up briefly then disappeared. I went on to Itunes to download it again after deleting from my iPad and I don't have the choice as it just shows that the app has been downloaded and no options to download for free.

View 1 RepliesWhen I first went to iBooks I went in search of free books, at first to try the application properly, as I was keen to have material to read when travelling. I managed to get a number of them onto my Ipad and was happy with them. Since last software upgrade they have vanished. I went to the store and tried to redownload but it said unknown error. I only read 2 of the 12 or so books, so don't understand why I cannot get back those not read books. Did I miss something in that it tells you you have a certain number of days to read?

View 7 RepliesI have accidentally deleted the folder where my native apps ("settings, youtube , safari , etc.") thru iphone browser in my pc. This happens when I am deleting a certain file there, then my ipad suddenly hangs. Then, after a restart of my ipad, every native apps was deleted. I am using an ipad 2 16gb wifi version. Any way to get zip file of native apps from other ipad wifi version? Just want to try if the copy will work, cause based from what I have read on other posts, this method works.
