New ipad firmware 5.1.1, I can open netflix app but when i try to search it crashes. I tried deleting the netflix app & removing it from the background & still crashes when i hit the search box and keyboard comes up
Netflix app on my iPad crashes when I attempt to search. I have an ipad1. I have removed and reinstalled the Netflix app with no luck. I have hard reset the device. No luck. I have closed all apps and launched the Netflix app, still no luck. I am running the latest iOS.
My Google maps app works fine except when I search for a place name beginning with the letter 'c' - then the app closes! Upper or lower case just the same. However, if I place another letter before the 'c' and then type the place name and then delete the first letter, all works fine, Anyone experienced this or have any suggestions. Normally I would delete and rinstall but this is not possible with apps supplied from new.
I am accessing a FAQ on gamefaqs. It's a long text file about a video game. If you'll pardon my video game geekiness, I think I've found a bug with Safari.
I am accessing [URL]
I am trying to use the search feature to find certain text on the page. But every time I use the find feature, it crashes my session of safari. Please try to access that page and find a word that's in the document. For example, "spoilers" is clearly in the document. But when I try to search for it, it crashes. Can anyone confirm this bug? I am using iPad 2.
I just purchased an ipad2, really a learning experience! I have the Netflix app on my iPad, is there something on the market to select a movie off Netflix and plug into my tv so everyone can watch the movie? When I select a movie from Netflix, does it download (save) to my iPad and take up space?
I have a two Wifi only Ipads, 16GB. I have successfully watched several Movies and TV shows on the Netflix app. But sometime in the last few weeks the Netflix App has all but become useless. I am able to launch the app and browse, edit and add things to my queue. But when I click on the Play button it takes me to the "You're almost ready to watch" screen and tries to load the movie for a few seconds and then I get an alert: "Unable to reach netflix.com" and stops there. The movie never starts. I know that the app itself has been updated but I am 90% sure that I was able to watch things after the latest update. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, restored my Ipad back to defaults, tried on at least three different ISP's and have tried the same Netflix account on my second Wfi Ipad, and have tried my parents account on either Ipad with it never working
Does anyone know of a search function on the Ipad that will index and search ALL items ie; evernotes, instapaper clippings, mail, etc..? Right now it seems it only finds contacts and emails. I live on my desktop search with my PC to find items on my PC - anywhere - regardless of what app they reside in.
The seach box is really annoying because it always looks like it's empty, but then I click it and I am typing text after my last search. How do you get it to clear after a seach? Why would I want to search the same thing twice?
When I create a new playlist on my new iPad by clicking the plus icon in the lower right corner of iTunes, I then get a long list of items to add to this new playlist. When I try to search by tapping in the Search box in the upper right corner, nothing happens.
I don't know if anyone is experiencing this issue, but when I go on Google's website on Safari, it does not allow me to search or enter anything. I type stuff in the box field, but when I hit 'search' on the pop-up keyboard or press 'search google' on the page, nothing happens. It works the first time but when you want to type something else, it doesn't allow to enter that search term.I think it may be a minor software bug or maybe Google in my local area is experiencing technical difficulties?
I wasn't a fan when it was announced but as time went on I kept looking at it and by the time it was released I knew I wanted one. I just brought my 64gb iPad home. This thing is great. The first app I downloaded was netflix and it runs great. Now I have my netflix instant queue at my disposal anytime. Ok now I'm off to go play with my new toy and find some great books to read.
has anyone noticed on some of the older Netflix movies the audio is really low. I tried a few of the older movies and had the volume on maximum and still could hardly hear anything. I tried it with some of the newer movies and the audio was better. Now if I compare it to the ABC app the audio is perfect. My guess is its the Netflix app that needs an update or is there something wrong with my volume?
How do you get netflix to stream from the Ipad (wi-fi) to the TV?? I bought a apple-VGA converter and tried to hook it up to my TV that way but its not playing at all. I can only seem to play things that are in the "video" application...any help would be appriciated. Ipad is also jailbroke using spirit.
Tonight I decided to watch some netflix on the samsung home theater. We went to grab a bit so I paused it till we could get home. When we got back, I couldn't get the movie going again so I reached for my iPad and launched the netflix app. There was our movie at the top of the list ready to play. And it resumed from the same spot we left off before we went to dinner. The ipad netflix app worked well and saved our evening after our samsung netflix box seemed to have a case of temporary insanity.
Does anyone have experience using the AVI adapter Apple sells to play movies on a tv?Would the AVI cable be able to play Netflix movies I stream to the iPad 2?I want to skip buying another AppleTV (have an old one that doesn't have Netflix) and a while a Roku could get the job done, I want to avoid having more devices, if possible.
My Apple iPad (first generation) was playing Netflix fine until a few days ago when it suddenly disappeared. When I try to access Netflix from Safari, I get taken to the Apps store where it shows that it is already downloaded (grayed out).
