I opened a spreadsheet attachment in Mail. Now it won't close and I can't get back to the inbox list/email view.
This has happened after installing Documents To Go for Ipad although it also has happened with Numbers. I don't know how I got I unstuck with Numbers.

When I return to a PPTX that I have opened from a Mail attachment and then opened in Keynotes I cannot get the attachment in Mail to close as I can with other attachments. I tap the opened PPTX attachment in Mail and I do not get a bar at the top of the page that I can then tap "done". Am I doing something wrong?
Every other document I open in Documents to Go for instance allows me to close the opened Mail attachment when I return to mail after reading or editing or whatever.

90% of the time when I open an attached document in Mail, or send it to another program to work on, when I go back to Mail I can't close the attachment to get back to messages. It just stays there on the sceen laughing at me. I tap the screen a million times but no option becomes available. My only way out (back to my messages) it to restart the iPad.

I've opened an attachment to a mail in quickoffice but now I can't close it. Everytime I try to check my mail the document appears.

When I opened e-mail on my iPad 2, I found a word document attached to it. I have opened that attachment in Quick look. But after that, I am not able to close that attachment and go back to other messages. How can I close that attachment?

I have installed numbers, opened a e-mail with an Windows excel spreadsheet attachment and then selected -> Open attachment with Numbers. Very cool, I can work the table. I left the table open by clicking the "button" to look up some information in an other app.
Very uncool: When I do open Mail now, it only shows the table (and nothing else), but in a read only mode (I cannot edit cells) and there absolutely no way to go back to the inbox or the other mail folders. I can only hit the button and exit, but when I hit Mail again, it will only show the table. No way back?!
Any idea how to get out of the table and back to the mail folders here? Any hints a greatly appreciated.

I received a mail with an excel attachement. I could open the mail. And also the attachement opened, but at a certain moment my view changed to an icon and now it hangs. I can open all other apps but when I open mail, the screen with the icon only appears. I can not change it or return to my mail inbox or other accounts.

When I press the home button I can see the mail icon in the dock but when I touch the emaoil button all I can see on the screen is the email attachment.

Have a question for u guys. I have both pages, and office HD AND out of the two I much prefer to use office HD for opening doc attachments in mail. However since I installed pages after office HD it seems to only show 'open with pages if I receive attachments in email.
Does anyone know how I can change it so only office HD IS used to open docs?!
I tried to do this for the first time this morning and couldn't figure out. Where on the interface is this?

I just opened an excell attachment. it looked great and I was able to do what I needed. However, I wasn't able to close it. I had to power off the iPad and then power on again in order to use Mail again. Has anyone else experienced this?
