All it does is speak whatever would normally be on the screen but the screen remains completely blank. I know the screen works because I see the apple logo during startup. How do I get IPad out of this mode?

View 3 RepliesAfter images are loaded onto the iPad using the Camera Connection Kit, how do you get them off to permanent storage?I have heard, but not checked, that iTunes doesn't synch them back onto your computer (I don't like iTunes any way).I had thought that I could use the iPad to backup photos whilst traveling but if you can't get them off, there's not much point.I have found an app (WD Photo) that will copy photos from anywhere on the network to the "Film Roll" on the iPad.

We have developed a webpage that loads PNG images in a div that can expand / reduce. The issue i cant seem to solve is why the PNG images do not load on Safari iPad. They just display as blue question marks. However not an issue with PC browsers.

View 2 RepliesThis problem of mine started around one month ago.That time, My iPad hanged when iTunes was backing it up, I've waited like two hours and nothing changed, so I do a hard reset (holding both home and sleep button). Everything seems okay after that, but only until I realised when playing Stinktopia, some of the buildings' images are gone / not ahowing. Actually it is there, clickable, but only invisbile.
So I exchanged emails with the support and they said, everything's fine, so the problem must be on my iPad and the hard-reseting while it hanged might have caused it. They said that, "Your issue is that the game's image sheets are not completely loading." then come to think of it, when I opened my video library, some of the thumbnail images are gone and replaced by a screen icon.
I am a photographer and want to stream images as I shoot them into a Macbook Pro to an iPad (for an Art Director). Shooting tethered into Aperture or Capture One. But can set up a 'hot folder'. Gernerally in a studio or location house with wifi.

Has anyone used Ipad with Canon DSLR's? I'm planning to buy an Ipad and one use case for it would be to view images on my Canon 20D that has a smallish screen. I would think Ipads big screen would be useful for quick review of taken images. So does the Ipad support RAW images? If yes, is it possible to view images through the camera connection kit through to usb cable as CF reader is not available.Is it possible to delete images on camera?Is it possible to zoom in on images to see whether they are on focus or not?

I'm a photographer and I'm interested in getting an iPad if it will let me view the RAW images on a memory card in the field to determine their quality. I don't want to use the iPad as a backup storage device; I just want to view the RAW images in a large enough size to determine whether I should keep them or throw them away. Then I want to delete those images from the memory card and from the iPad.
Then, presumably, once I've reviewed the images on the iPad, I'd have to reconnect the memory card in order to delete the ones I don't want. Would I have to re-download these selected images to the iPad in order for it to give me the option of deleting them from the memory card or can I just instruct it to delete the selected images directly from the card? I have a Canon 7D that produces 18MP RAW images, so I want to do as little unnecessary transferring of files as possible.
