Is There Any IPad Browser That Supports Silverlight?
Jun 17, 2012
Download Photon and Swifter but both don't come with Silverlight. I need Silverlight to view my schedule of classes available at the UFCGym.com click schedule of classes....then it asks to install Silverlight...can't read the file when it gets downloaded to my DropBox n Box. Ok is my understanding correct? Seems that silverlight is not compatible or the IOS on iPad ? Download of Silverlight is only for PC systems?
Can somebody suggest a browser that supports text wrapping (text paragraph auto fit the screen width when zoomed in).I also jailbroken my ipad but didnt found any app for this yet.
Im looking for a way to watch recorded lectures on my iPad and my schools system (accordant) requires silverlight. Anyone know if there's some type of plugin I can get?
I play Magic Online that is currently only available for Windows... however later this year they are making a web-based version that will most likely be written with Microsoft Silverlight... do you think there will be any way that Silverlight could be installed on the iPad so that I could play Magic Online on the iPad on the go?
I need to run Silverlight on my iPad. I am a Stock Trader, and more and more on line sites are utilizing Flash or Silverlight to stream real time data. There isn't an app that competes with anything I can get so far. Any idea if/when Silverlight will be available on iPad? It's a game changer if it doesn't happen, as RIMM playbook will.
In order to use Sky Anytime (internet based) on my iPad i need to install Microsoft Silverlight. However, Safari wont let me download and install this. Is there some way around this so i can use Sky Anytime on my iPad?
I am not surprised, just stating a fact.I did do a search, and found absolutely no thread topics about the iPad+Silverlight, so i made this thread.between no flash support and no silverlight support, a large chunk of the CURRENT internet is going to show up as blue lego blocks for iPad users.
A few months ago I bought my iPad2 + WIFI -3G and I'm very happy with the performance of my iPad and now I see the brand new presentation of the iOS6 and in small letters it says that only Siri will be available for iPhone4s and New iPad, FaceTime over 3G will not be available for iPad2 Skype works fine on wifi and 3 G will continue using skype for that.....I am disillusioned with Apple.

Is There Any IRC Client For IPad 2 That Supports DCC / XDCC Downloads
Aug 21, 2011
Is there any IRC client for the iPad 2 that supports DCC/XDCC downloads? None of the main IRC clients mention it (just "all major commands" which could mean anything), and I would like to think that there is at least some option other than wait until I get home and fire up the PC.
I've updated my 64G iPad to 4.3 and am currently updating my iPhone 3GS. I'm also downloading the latest version of Safari, iTunes and Quicktime to my PC. My question is whether I have the latest version of Safari on my mobile devices. Or, does this matter, i. e., is the version of Safari that I have on either my iPad or my iPhone the latest version that the device will support, regardless of Safari's actual version number? Put another way, do I need to be concerned if Safari 5.x is available for my PC but not for my mobile devices?

Getting Message - Supports HD & Landscape Mode For IPad 2?
Sep 26, 2011
In the app description of some particular weather app, is this part.... "supports HD & landscape mode for iPad"It's the landscape mode that I'm interested in, and it's great that they mention it. I just bought a rather expensive app and came to discover that it WILL NOT rotate to display in landscape view, although the portrait view is fully iPad in resolution.I see the letters "HD" expressed here and there... and in the titles of many of the apps, but don't really understand its reference. Sure... HD in video is "High Definition," but I don't get why it would be tossed out in any other context but Video.
