Jun 19, 2014Since I downloaded the kindle app upgrade the usual process of tapping the top of the iPad screen to access the home button has stopped working. I cannot access any of my books except the one I was reading at the time of the upgrade. I have tried turning the iPad off and on again. No luck!

Sep 23, 20101) In Week mode - Right arrow isn't functional. 2) In Week mode - In order to move to next week, the relevant section doesn't respond to touch. However, if the I click/touch the 3rd week, the page automatically flips to the 2nd week. For e.g. If the current view is July 11-17, and I need to flip to July 18-24, the app doesn't respond to a touch/click on July 18-24 section. However, if I touch/click July 25-31, the page automatically flips to week of July 18-24. The same problem doesn't exist for past weeks. It's always for the subsequent week.

I was emailed a code that I tried to paste into a browser window. The numeric code (as it often happens) was incorrectly formatted as a link, as the text was blue. I tried to highlight the text to copy it, but the magnifying glass was unable to find it. How can I cut and paste these kinds of text? Also, can I temporarily disable links in email, to avoid these situations.

Doesn't Get Past Wifii Security/solution Comes?
Jul 9, 2010My iPad does't get past the security page on my hotel's wifi. I was able to do so with both my computer and my iPhone 3GS. WiFi here is managed by LeapNetworks. The problem is not connecting to the network. It is getting past the security. It brings up the security page, I put my username/password in, it cranks busily for a couple of minutes, and finally stops with nothing happening. This is not just this hotel. I had the same issue last Thursday at Reagan Airport. The problem is not consistent as the iPad worked as advertised at the Marriott hotel I stayed in prior to going to Reagan. I've tried all the suggestions to no avail. Why would the iPhone get through the security page but not the iPad? I'm tempted to return this thing to apple. I'd really appreciate any intel on a workaround and if Apple has this on their "fix" radar.
