Is it possible to check email on one device and not have to receive it on others? I have an iPhone and iPad and MacBook and when I check email on one of the devices the same email shows up on the other devices so I was wondering if there was any way that I can check my email one time and not have to delete it from my other devices.

For example, I end up having to delete the same emails from my iPad and iPhone; am I missing something in the settings that would make this easier?
View 1 RepliesI have just got my ipad in addition to my macbook and iphone. I use me.com and have all my emails sent to me.com which then pushes message to both the macbook and the iphone. However when I delete them off my iphone they go from my ipad.
Also if my ipad is off and emails have been downloaded to my macbook the do not come through on the ipad when turned on. Is this clear?
Anyway anyone got any idea how to work this out so essentially all emails go to all 3 devices? I am happy to delete them from each manually.
Several times now I have lost all my email on my iPad after syncing it. Why is this happening and can I stop it?

I receive e-mail using the Mail program on my Mac book, iPad, and iPhone. After I read an e-mail and delete it, i have to go to all of my other devices and delete them too. Isn't there an easier way to delete read mail from all devices at once?

All Emails I send have suddenly started not sending and instead are found in my DRAFTS folder, both on the iPad and on my PC (which which it is synced. The only way to then send the Email is from the PC. This only happened a couple of days ago. I deleted the account and set it up again on the iPad and this cured the problem for a little while but then it started happening again. I am tearing myhair out

View 1 RepliesI have a email address I no longer use and want, so have deleted it from my address book on my iMac and iPad. It kept reappearing when I started to type a similar email address, so I was advised to delete it by going to Mail on the iMac... Mail > Window > Previous Recipients... and Delete from there... which worked, and it now no longer appears in the To: box when typing a similar email address in Mail on my iMac.
However, even though I have deleted the same contact/email address on my iPad, it still appears when typing a similar email address in Mail on the iPad. How do I perform a similar action as I did on my iMac, to prevent it from reappearing?

My MD drafted a lengthy report on his plane journey. He hit send after drafting it and it sat in the Outbox. Another short email was already in the Outbox that he wanted to delete, so he hit delete on that item in the Outbox. The iPad didn't appear to do anything so he hit delete again but this deleted both the report and the short email. Now, my logic says it should be in the Trash folder but it isn't. The email account is an Exchange account.
Can this email be recovered?
I Cannot receive email on my iPad. I have deleted the app and re added it. What else can I do?
