Download Mp3 Directly - Download Directly Without Browser
Aug 5, 2010
Hey guys I'm a long time apple fan and I just got my iPad. I love this thingHere's the thing though. I'm a dj and I have a couple of blogs and music services from which I download music (monthly subscriptions that are legal and paid).I want to be able to download these songs directly in the browser and import Ithem into iTunes on the iPad for immediate listening. What is the easiest way to accomplish this? I am already jailbroken.
I also found a browser called mercury that will allow this too. Which is all good but how do I get that audio file into iTunes so I can listen to the file and browse the web at the same time? If I try to leave say mercury browser when listening to the audio file it shuts the audio file off once I try to leave that app.
So I signed into app store/iTunes "bought" a free app - which was strange, droid doesn't force you to log into your account to download free apps - and I also bought Garage Band. Download failed and it told me to log into my computer iTunes acct to down loan then sync. Can I NOT download apps directly to my iPad?
If i try to download lets say zip or rar files i can open the stuff directly in the ftp client pro app.The other button "Open in" seems not to work. But i would like it to save the stuff in the Dropbox .
Title says most of it; to clarify, is there a way (via some form of app or dedicated iPad directory to allow this) to browse on the iPad and download a file directly to the iPad, natively and solely using the iPad without any external assistance?

Download MP4 Video Files From Website Directly To IPad 2
Dec 13, 2011
I can't seem to get the hang of downloading an mp4 video file from the web site straight on to my ipad2. When I press the download section, the screen went black and after a while the forward icon came up in the middle of the screen. After I press it, the QuickTime icon came up in the middle of the screen and the word"loading...." can be seen at the bottom of the still black screen and the circling wheel icon by the side, so something must be happening. Is there any way I can check if it is downloading ok?
How Can Download PDFs Directly From The Internet To Read In IBooks
Jul 2, 2012
I finally got iTunes on my computer and put some of the PDFs I have onto my iPad, but I was wondering how (if at all) I can download them directly from the Internet on my iPad and open them in iBooks. My computer at home has no Internet, and the only Internet-accessible computer I get to use maybe...once a month.
And if i need to download another app, I need it to be free, and have an option to transfer the file from my iPad to my computer, then to my iPad through iTunes (you get what I mean?)
Theres a bunch of things from archiveofourown.org I want to read when offline, and saving them in Terra is kinda a pains.
