One so simple, in fact, I was able to squeeze it the title of the thread. From the albums tab, it looks like it should be possible. I mean there's so much room to play with. So much empty space that isn't serving any purpose. There's just Camera Roll sitting there by itself, waiting patently for more to be added beside it.

I have also synced the iPad to itunes and transfered pictures from an existing iphoto (macbook pro) event with no success. How can i create events and albums on the Ipad so i can seperate new pictures into specific areas for viewing.

I know next to nothing about the IPAD. I don't want to spend the money to buy a MAC if my PC will do the job. I need to create multiple photo albums on an Ipad. Is that possible with a PC? Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.

View 1 RepliesI spent a lot of time getting my Faces setup properly within my iPhoto application on my Macbook but when I go and sync all of my pictures to the iPad it seems that anyone who I am not a friend with on FB is not properly syncing and in many cases creating multiple (one up to 15) Faces "albums" (for the lack of a better term) within the Faces option. This is quite annoying when I'm just looking for a specific person.

On the screenshots for iPhoto in the App Store it shows albums like Chicago Trip etc, how do you do that? Say I went to the beach and I took some beach pictures, how do I make an album that says beach and has my pictures in it. By Album I mean the books that show on the shelf when you open iPhoto. On my iPhoto there are edited pictures and camera roll, how do I make my own album?
View 3 RepliesI purchased the new iPad (iPad3) and have not been successful in downloading selected iPhoto albums through iTunes to the iPad3. All the selected album's photos do appear under "Photo" in the iPad3, but the individual albums do not appear under "Albums". The only albums that appear under "Albums" on the iPad3 are "Camera Roll", "Last Import", and "All Import." Any ideas how I can get my selected iPhoto albums to appear as albums on my iPad3?

I've just got my iPad yesterday and I'm loving it. Alas, I can't seem to sync my iPhoto albums. They display in iTunes correctly, they all have photos in (in iPhoto) but when I select them to sync across, it states that there are zero photos in the albums. Its also the same thing with my iPhone as well. I've the 3G model and can't sync photos to that either.I've already tried deleting the iPod cache within the iPhoto folder in the hope that it would rebuild itself. I've also tried creating a new album, and put photos in, but iTunes can't even see this, despite restarting my computer.It seems that iTunes is displaying the albums, but not seeing the photos at all.If anybody could help, that would befantastic.Information: MacBook Pro Mac OS X (10.6.4)iPad, iPhone 3g

How do you create albums without using iPhoto? Is there a 3rd party app that can do this for you?
I tried to sync some new photo's on my iPad this morning, but iTunes doesn't see my most recently added albums in iPhoto. I tried closing out and restarting both iTunes and iPhoto, but nothing seemed to help.
Also, is there a way to sync directly from iPhoto to the iPad? I see the iPad icon pop up under devices in iPhoto, but I cant see to do anything with it.
The iPhoto Albums is not viewable in iTunes after iOS 6 update in my iPad2. How can I get over this problem?
View 1 RepliesI have an iPad 2. Yesterday, I upgraded to iOS 5.1. I also downloaded the new iPhoto app. I cannot find a way to delete photos or the album for the "edited" photos. The most I'm able to do is hide the photos. But how do you actually delete photos and albums. You should know that I transferred photos from my Dropbox app to the photo app (note free one from Apple), and one I saved to the photos from my email.

View 1 RepliesI just got a 16gb wifi iPad (which only has a 14gb capacity, what's up with that?). Anyway, everything is working great except if I want to sync my iPhoto library, iTunes shows that my photos will take up 5.2gb. The problem with that is the library on my Mac is only 2.6gb, when synced to my 1st gen Apple TV the library is 1.92gb and when synced to my iPhone the library is only 1.2gb. Why is iTunes reporting the sync to my iPad will double the size of the actual library?
